Another stolen bike…

[**UPDATE** -- This bike was found by a friend at a local bike shop that specializes in used bikes/equip and subsequently returned to it's rightful owner!]
This time it was a San Jose. Please keep an eye out for Heather’s bike if you are in the Portland area. Originally taken from her in NE (Lloyd district) Portland. It is a light blue 2006 Bianchi San Jose. At the time of the theft it was set up with black Paul brakes, pink handlebar tape, pink Planet Bike fenders. This bike means a whole lot to her and she would really really love to get it back. I am offering a $200 no-questions-asked reward for the return of this bicycle. Serial #H7JR04863.

Thanks,
-Eli

That’s horrible to hear. My wife just had her bike stolen due to a faulty U-Lock. She picked it up from a garage sale. Not too bright on either of our parts I guess. We normally buy our U-Locks (Kryptonites) from a site that sells Bike Locks
It’s a reasonably priced site. I have found cheaper over the web with a simple google search, but they have pretty good customer service.

Shimano B Link Wire does not belong on this brake.
